Neil Gulley is a growth-minded, driven senior executive, with 29 years of leadership experience and industry expertise in creating, acquiring and leading numerous companies across the West and Midwest. He has proven business development, operational, recruiting, team/culture building and financial skills that he has leveraged to deliver top and bottom line growth.
Neil was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Title Resources Group. In the role, he was responsible for strategic business growth nationally and overseeing client relationships in the Western United States, including expansion markets.
Neil was previously Senior Vice President at Realogy Title Group, responsible for strategic growth and operations leadership in the West and Midwest. Earlier in his career, he held positions as Senior Vice President-Chief Financial Officer for the title/settlement division known formerly as Cendant Settlement Services Group and NRT Settlement Services and as VP-Corporate Controller with TEC/AES, an environmental consulting company located in Southern California.
Neil received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management-Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration-Finance, both from California State University Fullerton. He serves on the board of directors for Make-A-Wish Idaho and has served on the California Land Title Association’s Board of Governors.
Neil, his wife and two children reside in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
